Fill in your details, copy the signature, and paste it into Outlook. Takes about a minute.

This is exactly how your signature will look in an email.

Step 3
Install in Outlook
Pick your version of Outlook below. The "Copy signature" button above already put the formatted signature on your clipboard.
Click "Copy signature" above.
Open Outlook on the web (outlook.office.com) and click New mail.
Click into the message body and paste with Ctrl + V (Windows) or ⌘ + V (Mac). The logo, accent bar and links should all appear.
Now select the entire signature in the email body (click before the accent bar, hold Shift, click after the payoff line) and copy it again with Ctrl/⌘ + C. This second copy step is what bakes the logo into the clipboard as an attachment.
Click the Settings gear (top right) → Account → Signatures.
Click + New signature, give it a name (e.g. "CYS"), then click into the editor box and paste with Ctrl/⌘ + V.
Under Select default signatures, set your new signature for New messages and Replies/forwards.
Click Save. You can now discard the draft email.
Why the detour through a new email? Outlook's signature editor refuses to download remote logos — it shows a broken-image placeholder. Pasting into a new email first forces Outlook to fetch and embed the logo as an inline attachment; the second copy then carries the embedded version into the signature editor.
Click "Copy signature" above.
Open Outlook for Windows and click New Email.
Click into the message body and paste with Ctrl + V. The logo, accent bar and links should all appear.
Now select the entire signature in the email body and copy it again with Ctrl + C. This second copy is what bakes the logo into the clipboard as an attachment.
Go to File → Options → Mail → Signatures…
Click New, give it a name (e.g. "CYS"), click OK.
Click into the large editor box and paste with Ctrl + V.
On the right, under Choose default signature, pick your CYS signature for New messages and Replies/forwards.
Click OK, then restart Outlook.
New Outlook for Windows? If your Outlook has no File menu and looks more like the web version, follow the "Outlook on the web" instructions instead — same editor.
